Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using ArmyFitnessPro ("the App"), provided by Justin Willemsen ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ArmyFitnessPro is intended for personal use to help you calculate Army Fitness Test scores, track height and weight measurements, and maintain a history of your fitness assessments. By using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The App is not an official U.S. Army product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. Army.

2. In-App Purchases

ArmyFitnessPro offers optional in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. In the unlikely event the app is discontinued, premium features will remain accessible as long as technically feasible. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Data and Privacy

All data you enter into ArmyFitnessPro (such as fitness test scores, height and weight measurements, and historical records) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted or shared with us. 4. Accuracy and Medical Disclaimer

ArmyFitnessPro provides fitness calculations based on standard Army fitness test scoring guidelines. While we strive for accuracy, the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered official or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified medical professionals and follow official Army regulations for fitness assessments. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the App's calculations.

5. Intellectual Property

ArmyFitnessPro and all related content, including logos and app design, are the intellectual property of Justin Willemsen. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. If we discontinue the App, any features — including access to previously purchased features — may become unavailable.

7. Disclaimer

ArmyFitnessPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made means you accept the revised Terms.
